Low cement castables are characterized by High CCS, High Hot Strength at intermediate temperatures 1000-1200C. Hence they find use in cement Kilns, Incinerators, Rotary kilns, Launders, Steel Ladles, Tundishes, Alumina Kilns etc.These require optimum quantity of water for casting, a special type of pan mixer and vibrocasting facility for placement of castables.Available in ranges from 45% alumina to 95% alumina to suit application requirement.
